During onboarding we will install a small app on all of your systems. This app connects to our RMM service. In addition to allowing us to view events and receive alerts this app also allows us remote control of your system. This access can be configured to be off, allow us to connect at any time, or require you to approve our connection request before taking control.

What type of reporting and analytics does the RMM service provide?
